I can make adjustments, provide you supporting and healing energy, surrond you with protective energy, help get energy flowing through your body again, and gain insights into energetic blocks and truamas from this life and past ones. We can then explore what I see together and find ways to heal emotionally and physically. I can also guide you through Soul Retrievals and teach you how to do them yourself. Soul Retrievals are the most potent healing you can possibly do.

And its all a dance that we dance no matter of our awareness of the dance. Our state of mind, our state of body, our state of energy flows out and dances with our environment and the swirl and twirl of energetics comes back and entwines with our energy and back out but....its not linear its instant all at once always and forever. You can feel it if you try and mold it and paint with it and create a you that you desire......
